    Your first visit

Yoga began in ancient India as a way to unite mind, body and spirit. We teach that tradition with care, and we keep the first step simple.

    1. Reserve a mat

Choose any class marked beginner or all levels. Your first class is on us.

    2. Arrive ten minutes early

We'll show you around, find you a mat and ask about any injuries.

    3. Rest whenever you like

Child's pose is always an option. Nobody is watching; everyone is breathing.
