Fionnglas Tech is a web design and development studio based in Dublin, Ireland, run by its founder, John Mitchell. We build fast, modern websites for local businesses, from a simple online presence to a fully custom, CMS-managed site with its own admin area.
Every site we build is custom-coded, with AI-assisted workflows speeding up the process without cutting corners on quality. No bloated page-builders, no unnecessary frameworks, just clean, maintainable code that loads quickly and is genuinely easy to keep running.

Our story
Why Fionnglas Tech exists
Fionnglas Tech began with a problem I ran into myself. When I was starting a small business, I found web developers expensive, and the cheaper route was not much better: website-builder platforms that charge a monthly fee for as long as the site exists. Many web designers build on those same platforms, so you pay for the build and then keep paying every month after it is finished.
AI-assisted development changed what is possible. A fully custom-coded website can now be built for a one-off price, with a custom CMS and admin area if you want one. After that, the only regular running cost is a yearly payment for your domain and hosting. The monthly bills are gone.
One thing worth knowing up front: roughly every two years, a website’s code needs a refresh to keep up with browser changes and security updates. We look after that for a small fee, so your site stays current without a monthly contract.
