1. About these terms

This website is run by Agency Dublin Estate Agents (see the legal notice). By using it you accept these terms. They cover the website only. If you sell, buy or let a property through us, the terms for that service are set out separately, including in the letter of engagement every client receives before any work starts.

2. Property particulars

  • Property details on this website are given in good faith as a general guide. They do not form part of any offer or contract.
  • All sales are subject to contract / contract denied. No agreement is binding until a written contract has been signed by both parties.
  • Measurements, floor areas and floor plans are approximate. Photos may not show the property as it is today.
  • We have not tested services, appliances or heating systems. Buyers should rely on their own survey and on their solicitor's enquiries.
  • BER details come from the property's BER certificate. The full certificate can be checked on the SEAI register.
  • Prices and rents may change, and a property may be sold or let before this website is updated.

3. Guides and calculators

The guides and the mortgage calculator are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Rules change, so check with a mortgage adviser, solicitor or accountant before you rely on them.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be your own genuine experience of working with us, and must not contain anything offensive, unlawful, or other people's personal details. We read every review before it is published and may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. By sending a review you allow us to publish it, with your name and rating, on this website. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

5. Using this website

Don't misuse the website, for example by trying to get into the admin area, sending spam through the forms, or copying listings in bulk. The design, text and photos on this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be reused without permission.

6. Links

Links to other websites, such as the RTB or Revenue, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be complete, up to date or free from interruption. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on the website's content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Irish law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
